It started with one guitar and a room full of voices.

Empowered Worship Community began as a small group of singers and players meeting to rehearse in Blantyre. The rehearsals became worship nights, the worship nights drew people who wanted to learn, and the learning turned outward into the communities around us.

Today EWOCO runs weekly gatherings, teaches instruments and voice, records original songs and serves children and families through its charity arm. Nothing here is a separate department — the same people do all four.
